Easter Lamb Biscuits

Easter Lamb Biscuits

This is a really simple idea for fun Easter biscuits to make with children, with no cooking involved.

You will need:

Rich Tea biscuits

Icing sugar and warm water

Mini marshmallows

Chocolate buttons (large)

Fondant eyes

Method:

Lay out your biscuits on a plate.

Mix up some icing using icing sugar and a small amount of warm water, until it forms a thick paste.

Spoon icing onto each biscuit and move spoon in a circular motion so that it covers the biscuit without overflowing.

Place a chocolate button face on each biscuit, and break up more buttons to make ears, if you wish.

Place mini marshmallows into the icing to make the lamb’s woolly coat.

Finally, place a dot of icing on the back of the fondant eyes and stick on the chocolate button faces.

Place in the fridge to cool.

These make a lovely gift or a fun snack! We would love to see your photos, so feel free to tag us on social media or email your creations to shop@cotswoldcurtains.com

The snowdrop collection at Colesbourne Park originated in the plantings made by Henry John Elwes (1846-1922). According to Country Life (1999) it is ‘England’s greatest snowdrop garden.’
